Property Services, Senior Property Consultant
We are seeking experienced Senior Property Consultants to join our tight-knit teams across Auckland and Wellington. Our mission is to shape a better future, and we are on the lookout for individuals with the skills, expertise, and dedication to help us achieve this vision.
About you:
As a Senior Property Consultant, you'll lead our efforts in acquiring and disposing of properties for various clients, including Government departments, agencies, and Councils. Specialising in the Public Works Act and well-versed in relevant legislation, you'll collaborate with our close-knit team of 40+ professionals. Together, we foster a culture of collaboration and empowerment, constantly challenging conventional norms.
You'll spearhead diverse projects, from due diligence to stakeholder negotiations, ensuring seamless project delivery. Your role is pivotal in upholding our commitment to excellence, timeliness, and budget adherence. With a knack for multitasking and composure under pressure, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience:
A relevant property, legal or related tertiary qualification.
Preferably minimum of 8 years professional experience in a related property or legal discipline.
Current clean Full Drivers Licence.
Good knowledge of the relevant NZ standards, legislation, and practices, the Public Works Act 1981.
Experience and confidence in dealing with a variety of property professionals on a regular basis including surveyors, valuers, lawyers, and accredited agents.
