Our mission is to shape a better future, and we are on the lookout for individuals with the skills, expertise, and dedication to help us achieve this vision.About you:As a Senior Property Consultant, you'll lead our efforts in acquiring and disposing of properties for various clients, including Government departments, agencies, and Councils.
Specialising in the Public Works Act and well-versed in relevant legislation, you'll collaborate with our close-knit team of 40+ professionals.
Together, we foster a culture of collaboration and empowerment, constantly challenging conventional norms.You'll spearhead diverse projects, from due diligence to stakeholder negotiations, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Your role is pivotal in upholding our commitment to excellence, timeliness, and budget adherence.
