We offer an excellent compensation package.Job DescriptionDescription:Client seeks one Senior Project Manager to work with the Information Technology (IT) Division for a period up to 36 months. Client reserves the right to hire the Senior Project Manager as an employee, at no additional cost, after a period of at least six (6) months from commencement of the Contract. The Senior Project Manager will be assigned projects within the Legacy System Replacement Program and will report to the Project Management Office Manager.Scope of WorkFacilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.Provide direction and support to the project team.Translate business needs into actionable documentation/specifications, including use case scenarios, models, and conceptual design diagrams to support iterative development.Conduct internal project status meetings with cross-functional, integrated teams.Generate innovative ideas to resolve problems.QualificationsKey Personnel Required SkillsMinimum of ten (10) years' experience as a Project Manager.Experience with Legacy System Replacement projects.Ability to define project scope and technical specifications, set clear goals and expectations, prioritize activities, facilitate the collection of technical, operational or business requirements, set milestones, and follow through to successful completion.Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, problem resolution, and customer service.Experience with change control and release management.Experience presenting projects to upper management and the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Key Personnel Desired SkillsIBM Filenet.Workflow Design.JAVA and/or .NET.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
