Bachelor's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and 15+ years in civil construction.Proven experience managing projects over $30 million in NZ, AU, or the UK.Progressed from Site Engineer to Project Manager, with strong experience in diverse, high-responsibility roles.Expertise in financial management, including cost reporting and contract management.Leadership skills: High integrity, emotional intelligence, and a passion for safety and excellence.A collaborative leader with experience building strong stakeholder relationships and aligning with senior leadership.Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test.Current and valid rights to work in New Zealand.What we offerGrowth & Development: We invest in your professional development through training, development programmes, and professional accreditation.Celebration & Recognition: We celebrate milestones such as work anniversaries, birthdays, and new family arrivals with paid parental leave and extra time off for partners.
