Grada Recruitment is working with a busy civil contractor who is looking to strengthen its project management team delivering work across South Auckland.
The Role As a project manager, you will be leading a team of highly capable field staff and engineers focused on the delivery of subdivisional works for long-standing clients with the goal of supplying a profitable and high-quality outcome for your clients, ensuring the works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
The Company Our client is well-established within the Auckland market, specialising in land development works and has built a diverse client base over the years. They provide the perfect environment for those wishing to learn and develop their skill set.
You A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a similar field
Great communication, both written and verbal
Previous experience managing multistage land development projects
Excellent planning and scheduling of workloads and crews
Full financial management experience on projects managed
A fantastic understanding of New Zealand H&S/3910 regulations
