The ASM is an alliance between HEB Construction, Fulton Hogan, and NZTA to maintain the Auckland State Highway Network. The Alliance is expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers using the Auckland transport system.

Key Responsibilities Overview Project Management : Overseeing the design and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet professional standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement : Building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including liaising with NZTA to integrate projects into the work schedule.
Safety and Compliance : Prioritizing health and safety by identifying risks early and ensuring stringent safety standards are followed.
Design and Procurement : Managing the design process, including scoping, CAD drawings, and safety reviews, as well as overseeing procurement and construction processes.
Reporting and Documentation : Providing progress reports to the Alliance Manager and maintaining a project database for transparency and accountability.
Additional Considerations Training and Development : Ensuring the team is well-trained in their responsibilities, particularly in safety-related areas.

About You The ideal candidate will have a BE (Civil) or equivalent tertiary qualification and a minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, procurement, and contract supervision.
