The Auckland team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and energetic Project Manager. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, thrive on challenges, be a team player, and possess a strong work ethic.
Key to this role is efficiently and diligently managing, planning, implementing, and checking all on-site construction personnel and activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, without compromising quality or safety.
Job Description

Effective communicator to a range of people working onsite as well as local industry stakeholders.
Manage all aspects of the construction site and use initiatives to improve site performance.
Drive an industry-leading team to be efficient, hardworking, and fun to deliver the high standards we pride ourselves on.
Strong focus on health and safety management to minimize risks and enhance the safe work environment.
Effectively manage project management processes onsite.
Organize and monitor the set-up and operation of necessary site establishment.
Track performance of construction program and ensure costs are kept to budget.
Meet project performance requirements on an ongoing basis.
Practice effective environmental management.
Proficient in MS Project, Aconex, etc.
Related industry qualification preferred, along with significant hands-on experience.
