Senior Project Manager

This is a well-organised main contractor that has been successful in building their brand profile in the Auckland market. They are specialists in delivering the most challenging and complex refurbishments and new build projects in the $10M - $40M category.
They have a challenging $30M healthcare project that requires the skills of a PM or SPM that understands complex services and working in live hospital environments.
As a senior project manager, you will facilitate and co-ordinate the delivery of the project. The role requires a mix of attending PCG meetings, contract administration, programme management, scopes of work, managing site staff, and financial/monthly reporting. It is a well-rounded role involving hands-on leadership and mentoring.
As an applicant, you will have experience managing projects within commercial construction, with healthcare projects being ideal. You are tertiary qualified and able to manage financial aspects in conjunction with a QS. You have a stable employment record and will have accompanying glowing references. Most importantly, your communication and relationship development skills, as well as your ability to lead and drive a site team, are crucial.
This role offers a competitive package between $170K - $210K, pending experience.
