Job Description Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations Responsible for preparation of project management plans, programmes, budgets and other key project deliverables Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
Managing project timelines, risks and reporting Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track Chairing project meetings with clients and consultants Managing internal project administration including invoicing, variations, subconsultant management and contract risk Building the business through engagement, marketing and tendering activities Qualifications M&E / Commissioning experience on large highly serviced buildings (Hospitals, Labs, Data Centres etc) (essential) Engineering Qualification or equivalent experience.
