Add expected salary to your profile for insights Winstone Aggregates, a leading supplier of high-quality aggregates in New Zealand, is committed to responsible environmental practices and sustainable development.We take pride in our contributions to infrastructure and construction projects while prioritizing the preservation of our natural resources.We are seeking experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and drive our environmental initiatives forward.As a senior project manager, you will oversee and coordinate "quarry infrastructure projects and works" at key sites to ensure quarry operations are supported to maintain and grow the businessYour track record in project management means you'll be ready to roll up your sleeves to scope and price our projects and work across our projects from the initial stages through to implementation including but not limited to:Quarry planning and development Land development and planning including acting as Client's rep to contract, and Project Manager as required. Feasibility studies to define optimal course of action. Preparing scoping, procurement, and contract documentation Overseeing construction program and physical works activities Administer regulatory requirements including resource and building consent applications and implementation.
