They are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Auckland office and be part of their dynamic, high-performing team. The RoleThey are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager whohas previous consultancy or clientside experienceto take charge of a technical portfolio of high-value projects. As the ideal candidate, you will have the confidence to lead client-facing meetings, manage stakeholders, and navigate risk. You will be expected to have managed other large-scale vertical projects from inception to completion.You will be working closely with a talented team of professionals internally, including external consultants, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget. Required Skills & Experience Manage the project delivery through the end-to-end process to achieve completion on time and budget. Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects in New Zealand across sectors such as commercial, remedial, education, and industrial. Excellent client-facing skills with strong relationship management and communication abilities. Expertise in project programming, tracking, and advanced IT skills for project oversight. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of consultants, engineers, designers, construction managers, and site managers. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive projects and meet deliverables on time and within budget. A minimum of 6 years' experience in project management within the New Zealand market in either consultancy or client-side roles. A collaborative team player who is both consultative and authoritative, with the ability to work with senior leadership and stakeholders.
