Are you a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality workplace fitouts? We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. For this role, we are looking for someone who is keen to either contract to us or join us for a fixed term 6 month period to assist with delivering some key projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management : Lead and manage projects of all sizes and values, from initial launch through to completion.
Time Management : Proactively plan tasks, attend project launch meetings, and oversee project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Client Interaction : Attend client handover meetings and actively collaborate with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Compliance & Documentation : Ensure compliance with building regulations and manage all relevant documentation, including consent submissions, RFIs, and CCCs.
Cost Management : Review supplier quotes, monitor budgets, and prepare payment claims.
Site Oversight : Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety, working closely with Site Managers to address any issues.
Quality Control : Strive for zero defects by working closely with the team to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
Team Leadership : Manage Site Managers, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and project objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in project management, experience in the construction and fitout industry is desirable
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and compliance
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines
A valid right to work in New Zealand is required for this role.
