We're seeking a talented and organised Project Manager to join our team and oversee website projects from start to finish. You will be working directly with clients, helping to translate their vision into exceptional Webflow websites, ensuring seamless delivery on time and within budget. If you're passionate about digital project management, have agency experience, and a track record of success in Webflow projects, we'd love to meet you.
Who You Are Proven experience as a Project Manager in an agency environment, with a focus on website projects.
Familiarity with Webflow is highly preferred; experience managing Webflow projects is a big plus.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently, and to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality work that meets client objectives.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Project Management within a digital agency or related industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering top-notch quality in all aspects of project management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking initiative and working independently.
What You'll Be Doing Managing website development projects from inception to completion, primarily on the Webflow platform.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
Working closely with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, while identifying risks and resolving issues as they arise.
Facilitating regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to track progress, manage expectations, and adjust as needed.
Ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining strong communication, keeping projects on track, and delivering exceptional final products.
Collaborating with the account team to ensure that projects align with broader client strategies and goals.
