About the Role In this role you will drive the implementation and management of the AUT Online portfolio of academic programmes and courses.
You will ensure successful programme launches, ongoing operational management, and identification of growth opportunities.
Alongside this, you will develop a programme roadmap and portfolio pipeline, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and oversee the entire programme lifecycle.
You will ensure an excellent online learning experience for students by collaborating, managing continuous improvement and growth initiatives, and contributing to marketing and sales strategies.
Skills and Experience You will be experienced in driving implementation and management of a portfolio of programmes and courses.
You will also bring with you: Minimum 5 years' experience managing large-scale product development, projects, or initiatives in complex education environments Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work with academic stakeholders at all levels, disciplines, and backgrounds Proven track record of experience in a digital or online learning context Ability to lead concurrent complex long-term projects with multiple stakeholders Commitment to and understanding of te Ao Maori, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi Culture Here at AUT we are more of a community and there is real purpose and meaning underpinning what we do.
