We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our product and market insights efforts.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute product research initiatives to gather deep market insights and understand customer needs.Develop and maintain a robust product discovery and validation framework, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure product vision and goals alignment.Define and prioritize product requirements based on insights, usage metrics, and market demands.Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, influencing product direction and decision-making.Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend adjustments based on market feedback and evolving trends.The ideal candidate will have:5+ years' experience, ideally in product management, with a focus on research and insights.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.A drive to deliver exceptional results.Excellent communication skills.An ability to quickly navigate and understand technical concepts.Outstanding organisation and prioritisation capabilities.Adaptability and self-motivation to succeed in a highly regulated environment.A passion for helping improve the outcomes of patients.Experience in a global role and marketing or market research would be advantageous but unnecessary.
