Although being a global business, the local team has a highly collaborative culture that is underpinned by clear direction and teamwork values.About Your New RoleSitting within the Digital Group, the Product Manager will be responsible for the ongoing commercial success of the Messaging Platform. This newly created role offers the autonomy and support to take this product to new heights.Some of the key tasks include:Act as the subject expert for all things messaging, including technical network knowledge and service offerings within the messaging portfolio.Ensure the development and ongoing competitiveness of the product in line with market requirements.Maintain Product roadmaps in line with company expectations.Manage relationships with vendors and third party suppliers.Partner with the marketing team to provide content for marketing programs for your product portfolio.Maintain Quality of service through performance evaluations against metrics.Conduct capacity planning for expected traffic volume for both local and international routes.Engage with network operators and technical teams for troubleshooting issues.About You!You're an experienced Product Manager / Product Specialist or similar who has prior experience working with messaging products (SMS A2P, Chat etc).Can demonstrate strong technical knowledge of SMS A2P messaging.You understand carrier networks and the systems that support integration & delivery.Knowledge of and exposure to OTT messaging technologies.Interpersonally, you are a strong communicator with a passion for Product Management.The Benefits!Newly created role - Opportunity for growth!Circa $150k packageHybrid WFH policyGlobal employer - Great name for the CV & StabilitySydney CBD Offices – Close to transportAll Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd
