The role The Senior Product Compliance Manager will sit within the Product team of the Harbour Asset Management business.
You will own and lead the operational risk management deliveries of the Product team and drive an uplift in the business' product compliance maturity.
You will also oversee and be responsible for the reporting requirements of the Product team.
Key responsibilities Work with second line to lead an uplift in risk maturity across the team's activities.
Work with third parties to ensure processes are established relating to the information requirements of the business.
Provide review and oversight for regulatory reporting function including strengthening processes where required.
Contribute to the redesign of key product compliance processes to fit the business' governance framework.
Ensure the product compliance reporting programme is delivered to expected standards Manage key product compliance policies and processes for the team.
About You 5 plus years' investment product compliance or investment product management experience, including at least 3 years in New Zealand wealth management businesses.
Extensive knowledge of MIS regulatory requirements A strong understanding of operational risk management from a business perspective.
Relationship management experience across insourced and outsourced wealth operating models 2 years + experience leading a product compliance team or similar A tertiary qualification in a related discipline is preferred for this role.
