Senior Procurement Specialist

My client is seeking a senior procurement specialist to work on a large construction and facilities upgrade programme in a permanent position. You will be responsible for operational delivery and ensuring efficient procurement processes to support infrastructure and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement processes for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Assist in maintaining documentation archives for audit purposes.Provide effective communication and presentation of project updates and findings.Manage the end-to-end procurement process.Focus on operational delivery. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end procurement experience ideally within the construction or infrastructure space. In addition to this you will have:
Experience in construction project procurement or similar roles.Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to different project environments.Experience in the end-to-end construction life cycle (including procurement) of 2-5 years.Knowledge of NZS3910:2013 and its execution.
