Non-Negotiables At least 5 years of planning experience, including managing resource consents
Strong understanding of the Resource Management Act (RMA) and planning frameworks
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirables Experience in both residential and commercial planning
Membership with the New Zealand Planning Institute (NZPI)
Familiarity with the Auckland Unitary Plan and local consent processes
