The Role As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the consenting process, ensuring projects are compliant with the RMA and local regulations.
You will be involved in a variety of projects, from urban developments to environmental assessments, providing expert advice and innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities Preparation and submission of resource consent applications Provide strategic planning advice to clients and stakeholders Collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality outcomes Mentor and develop junior planners, fostering a collaborative team environment Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and industry best practices What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will likely have: A relevant tertiary qualification in planning, or a related field Proven experience in resource consents, ideally within a consultancy context Strong understanding of the RMA and local planning frameworks Excellent communication skills A proactive and solutions-focused approach to planning challenges Apply Now!
