This pivotal position supports our People Experience (PX) team by delivering crucial insights and driving solutions that are central to our organisation's success.As the Senior PX Analyst, you will:Lead the delivery of people insights to the PX team and senior leadership.Be the compensation expert within the PX team, lead key projects, and identify opportunities to simplify access to PX services.Mentor team members in data analysis, insights, and system enhancements.Produce both short-term and long-term people reporting while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.Oversee data integrity and ensure the efficient operation of our HR information system and its integration with other people-related systems.Collaborate with PX, Finance, and IT to improve our people data infrastructure.Manage key cyclical initiatives, such as remuneration reviews and performance cycles.Implement new people-related systems, including Learning and Development and Recruitment platforms.Support PX work programmes, business planning, and people strategy development through data-driven insights.He Korero Mou | About YouYou're passionate about data, people, and processes, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
