Senior People Change & Programme Delivery LeadFull time$150k - $170k p.a. + Flexible Working OptionsOur client is seeking a Senior People Change & Programme Delivery Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of programmes within their enterprise-wide change management strategy. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of the organisation's people and performance strategy, change programme, and achievement of target outcomes. Based in Auckland's CBD, this opportunity offers an exciting challenge for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact.What you'll do:Initiate programme plans with business change owners and project managers that outline requirements for successful change.Develop effective change management plans across relevant stakeholder groups for successful delivery of key initiatives and projects.Coach teams on change management to build organisational and individual change intelligence.Conduct impact analysis, identify key stakeholders, and assess change readiness.Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications relevant to change initiatives.Support the design and delivery of training required for embedding change activities.Provide insights, metrics, and reporting on the delivery of change management plans.What you will bring:Strong relationship management abilities coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Pragmatic customer-focused approach complemented by high empathy levels.High emotional intelligence and self-awareness, along with proven problem-solving abilities.Top-notch presentation and facilitation skills with experience presenting to all levels within an organisation and facilitating workshops with diverse groups.Ability to influence others towards a common vision or goal.What sets this company apart:Our client is a leading player in their industry, known for their commitment to continuous improvement and customer centricity.
