About the role: Working collaboratively within the People and Culture leadership team and reporting to the P&C Manager, your strong relationship and problem-solving experience will be instrumental in helping create a positive work environment that directly benefits the company.
This is a busy and varied role where no two days will be the same and includes great influence on the continued cultural success within the company.
Key responsibilities include: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure that you can influence, and drive change as required; Manage full-lifecycle recruitment process as required; Facilitate the delivery and compliance of training programs to managers & staff; Effectively utilise tools and processes in support of an enriched employee/leader experience; Contribute and lead people and culture related projects, initiatives, and activities Champion existing and new diversity, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives Work collaboratively with leaders to deliver advice in support of the companies' policies and processes About you: You'll be someone who works extremely well with others, and are comfortable managing sensitive issues with diplomacy, discretion, and tact.
Ideally you will have a background of implementing People and Culture activities, and be confident in your application and delivery of modern people practices.
You will have: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or experience equivalent within an HR generalist role 3+ years in a similar role providing advisory support, experience in several of the generalist HR functions is imperative Proven ability to provide independent employment relations advice Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Able to prioritise your workload and have strong organisational skills Strong influential and relationship building skills Passionate about people and driving initiatives to maintain a high standard of workplace culture
