This innovative organisation is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to a diverse range of clients across various sectors.Your Role Overview:In this exciting role, the Payroll Implementation Specialist will play a crucial part in guiding and mentoring a team while implementing payroll solutions for new customers.
You'll provide front-line helpdesk support via phone and email, ensuring that both your team and customers feel supported throughout the process.
Your leadership will be key to fostering a collaborative environment, helping your team thrive as they tackle challenges together.Your Key Responsibilities:Implement the payroll solution in customer environments.Provide daily helpdesk support to clients via phone and email.Conduct onsite visits to client businesses as required.Solve and explain payroll-related issues effectively.Maintain a thorough understanding of payroll legislation, including the Holidays Act.Collaborate with the support team to enhance overall customer experiences.Foster strong relationships with clients from various business sectors.Shine as a leader by guiding and mentoring a small team.Candidate Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3+ years of end-to-end payroll experience with a solid understanding of payroll legislation.Leadership: Proven leadership experience; the ideal candidate will be a leader first, doer second.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve payroll issues quickly and effectively.Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in all aspects of work.Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude.Adaptability: Eager to tackle challenges and grow within a vibrant environment.Why Join This Team?This is a fantastic opportunity for a payroll enthusiast looking to step away from the daily grind of running payroll while still engaging with clients and facing new challenges.
