The Partnerships Manager is a highly visible role in the business and is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that benefit our Members, the Partner, and the AA.What You'll Be Doing | Mo te TurangaPartnership Strategy: Work closely with the Head of Membership & Loyalty and the Membership product team to develop and execute the Member Benefit Partner strategy and construct, ensuring clear benefits for Members, partners, and the AA.Channel optimisation: Optimise partner activity across Membership marketing channels through proactive planning and collaboration with the marketing team, leveraging data for effective targeting and to maximise Member engagement.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners to ensure mutual objectives are achieved.Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new Member benefit partners, overseeing system implementations and ensuring effective internal and external communications.Data-Driven Insights: Analyse transactional, engagement and value data, leveraging insights to optimise Member and Partner engagement strategies.Minimum Requirements:Experience: 8+ years in partnerships management or related roles.Relationship building: Strong relationship building skills with proven ability to positively influence stakeholders.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyse metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimise product performance.Commercial Acumen: Solid understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Communication: Skilled at building and developing relationships across a complex eco-system i.e. Member Experience frontline teams, mobility and legal.Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities and driving change through innovation and continuous improvement.Benefits:Free AA Membership for you and your whanauNZAA Super Scheme with 2% employer contributions on top of 3% KiwiSaverA day off for your birthdayHybrid working arrangementDiscounted insuranceWorking with the AA | Me mahi tahi tatou ki AAFor over 120 years we've been helping Kiwis on their adventures!
