Within this role, you will be expected to develop and maintain a strong understanding of the range of MBIE's partnerships with Maori and MBIE's operational and policy context (as well as the wider Government context) that surround them. The Senior Partnership Advisor will work across MBIE, collaborating and supporting operational and policy teams that have partnership responsibilities.The Maori Strategic Partnerships Team sits within the Te Kupenga Maori Economic Policy and Strategic Partnerships branch, which is responsible for providing assurance to the Secretary and Senior Leadership Team that MBIE is meeting its Treaty obligations and is coordinated in our approach to partnering with iwi/Maori.
