This person will instil and uphold an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative culture that enables us to provide a high level of parking compliance services to our community. As a Senior Parking Compliance Officer you will be:

You will have genuine examples of positive leadership (either formally or informally) that showcase a positive attitude and commitment to the ongoing success of your team. An understanding of how the Council operates and the role we play within a political environment is essential to this position. You will also have:
Five years' experience in customer contact roles across a range of people and environments and/or five years' experience in practical application or experience in an investigative type role or related field applying enforcement legislation.Prosecution Certificate or experience.Full unblemished New Zealand Drivers Licence to drive a manual motor vehicle and motorcycle.What's in it for you? Location - This position is primarily based at Te Hononga, Christchurch City Council Civic Offices - 53 Hereford Street
Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $74,394 to $82,660 per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills, and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
