Role Overview: The Senior Paraplanner will play a critical role in supporting the financial advisors by preparing detailed financial reports, conducting in-depth research, and developing comprehensive financial plans. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring that clients receive personalized and strategic advice tailored to their unique financial goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in paraplanning, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and regulations.Qualifications:5+ years' experience in paraplanning experience at DipFA / Lvl 4Demonstrable skills in working with high-net-worth clientsKnowledgeable in trusts, corporate, estate-planning, pension transfersSystems experience in the following is desirable but not essential: Intelligent Office, Transact, Voyant, FE Analytics Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning Support: Collaborate with financial advisors to prepare detailed financial plans and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities to support the development of client strategies.Client Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for client meetings, including financial summaries, investment proposals, and risk assessments.Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all financial plans and documentation adhere to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.Technical Expertise: Utilise financial planning software and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial planning process.Collaboration: Work closely with financial advisors, client service teams, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client services.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry developments, financial products, and regulatory changes to continually enhance the quality of financial planning services provided.
