To be successful in this role you will:
be a seasoned OD professional with proven experience in the design and implementation of OD initiatives
have the ability to influence senior leaders to bring them on board with new initiatives
have strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.
Te turanga – The role and your impact We are looking for a Senior Organisational Development Adviser to support the building of organisational capability, desired culture and overall performance to contribute to the achievement of Te Putea Matua's strategic goals.
We are a small but mighty team focused on:
the development and delivery of OD programmes that will enable our people to deliver on strategic priorities
advising and coaching RBNZ People Leaders on ways to work towards our vision of Great Team, Best Central Bank | Matangirua ki Matangireia
identifying ways to embed diversity, equity, inclusion and te ao Maori into OD initiatives and programmes.
