This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and organised individual to manage complex administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the business.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to the team, including scheduling, document preparation, and reporting.Manage and maintain office systems, databases, and digital records.Coordinate internal communication, ensuring smooth flow of information across departments.Assist with project tracking and reporting, ensuring deadlines are met and key milestones are achieved.Handle office inventory, supplies, and equipment management.Assist in the creation and implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative tasks.Support senior leadership with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.About You:Proven experience in a senior administrative or back-end office role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and office management software.Experience with database management and cloud-based tools is highly desirable.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive, self-motivated individual with a problem-solving mindset.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Please note this is a 6-month temporary position, with an immediate start.How to Apply:If you are a proactive, detail-driven individual with a passion for supporting efficient office operations, we would love to hear from you!
