In this role, you will work closely with the Administration Manager, Sales Manager, and Napier selling agents, providing administration support while being the first point of contact at reception.This role is full-time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.Key Responsibilities:Processing listingsCoordinating property marketingAssisting with print advertisingWebsite/internet marketingPreparing appraisals for agentsDatabase marketingReception coverKey Skills and Attributes:Strong administrative skills and experience are essentialHighly organized and professionalAttention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to proofreadAbility to prioritize and meet the commitments of those prioritiesComprehensive understanding of the suite of software including Word, Excel, and AdobeMotivated and able to work unsupervisedAbility to preempt needsDeadline-driven and hardworkingMake good use of your initiativeSense of humourExceptional can-do, willing, adaptable, and flexible attitudePrevious administration experience is essential, and experience in the real estate industry would be highly desirable.Why should you work for us?We have a fantastic work culture, with a focus on work-life balance.We believe family comes first.
