Office Administrator (Full Time)

Role:
The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team and manage our front desk on a daily basis as well as perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to assist in the organization of our company.
Job Responsibilities:
Answering and directing all incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
Greeting visitors/guests/clients professionally, and maintaining Visitors Register
Maintaining cleanliness of all meeting rooms, reception, and common areas
Handling incoming and outgoing couriers
Assisting and maintaining stock for Office, Kitchen and BOH supplies
Preparing word processing documentation
Assisting in other areas/departments as needed
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to build positive relationships with a high level of interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, photocopy machines, thumbprint machine, etc.
Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel
Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
Requirements:
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
1-2 years of related experience
