Senior Office Administrator/Executive Assistant Are you a dynamic and organised professional looking for an exciting opportunity to support the smooth functioning of a thriving accounting firm?
Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Office Administrator/Executive Assistant to join their team and play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
In this role, you will provide vital executive and administrative support to the Commercial Manager, Directors, and wider staff, while assisting in maintaining a welcoming and productive environment for all clients and team members.
Purpose of the Role: As a Senior Office Administrator, your role will be to support and provide accurate executive and administrative assistance.
You will manage day-to-day office systems, support key functions such as Client Services and Commercial Affairs, and ensure smooth communication between executives and the rest of the firm.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the Directors' schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing high-level administrative support for various projects.
Your role will also encompass supplier management, purchasing, and office organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Executive and Administrative Support, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings for Directors General Office Support, including accounts and billing assistance Maintenance of Office Systems Supporting the Client Services Manager Assisting the Commercial Affairs Division Meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms Managing office purchasing and suppliers, including ordering stationery, IT equipment, and photocopy consumables Ensuring a welcoming and productive office environment for staff and clients The Ideal Candidate: To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities: Financial literacy and a keen eye for detail Experience in professional services or CA (Chartered Accountant) environments Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, XPM, or WorkflowMax Excellent organisational and time-management skills Experience in supporting senior executives or directors A strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and contribute Tactful, approachable, and proactive Willing to go the extra mile to ensure office efficiency Excellent IT skills A willingness to learn and continually improve Open to constructive criticism and personal development Prior experience in an executive or office support role is preferred Comfortable working in an office-based role #J-18808-Ljbffr
