About the role You'll be joining an inclusive, inspired and ambitious Product and Marketing team.
You will be a key contributor to the design, development and embedding of scalable, simple and repeatable approaches that will deliver appropriate and sustainable customer outcomes.
Who Are You?
We're looking for an individual who can hit the ground running in a role that will be responsible for all remediation frameworks, policy, standards, and procedures.
You will work closely with the Head of Conduct & Head of Product Compliance, by coordinating remediation projects, improving upon frameworks and procedures to support Good Customer Outcomes and regulatory obligations.
You will demonstrate proven experience in stakeholder management and communication and can show a pragmatic and methodical approach to solving inherently complex issues.
Other key responsibilities for this role include: Oversee the management and execution of remediations.Responsible for the investigation of systemic incidents requiring remediation and recommending appropriate process / controls.Lead the design and planning for remediations at TSB in line with the Remediation Standard.To succeed in this role, you will need: 5+ years of remediation related experience.Knowledge of regulatory and legislative compliance obligation, including CCCFA, Fair trading, AML/CFT, and Privacy.Sound financial and analytical acumen.About TSB At TSB, we're small enough to really care about our customers but big enough to have great rates, innovative products, and digital solutions.
