We are currently looking to recruit for a Senior Manager FCO - Process Improvement and Tooling who will work with senior stakeholders to enhance operational process efficiency, optimise workflows, and implement cutting edge tools and technologies.
Mo te turanga|About the Role: Support the Head of Financial Crime Operations - Process Improvement & Tooling in developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for process improvement and tooling aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices.Provide process guidance, mentorship, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.Identify opportunities for process optimisation, efficiency gains, and cost savings through analysis, collaboration with stakeholders, and benchmarking against industry standards.Drive the evaluation, selection, and implementation of tools and technologies that enhance operational efficiency, automation, and scalability.Champion change management efforts related to process improvements and tooling implementations, ensuring seamless adoption and integration across departments.Deliver high quality design and execution to achieve both customer experience and commercial outcomes, in particular contact volume reduction, digitising service journeys, eliminating complexity, and improving staff experience.Focus on quality, driving simplicity and delivering compliance outcomes.Partner with the FCO teams to establish robust process documentation and benefits reporting.Nga mea kia whai angitu ahau? | What do I need to be successful? The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive process re-design and continuous improvement initiatives.Bachelor's degree in finance, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or operations management, ideally in a leadership role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decision-making.Excellent project management skills and benefits tracking/realisation, with experience leading complex, cross functional initiatives from conception to completion.Proficiency in process modelling hierarchies/tools, and familiarity with automation.Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive organisational change.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.The ability to understand complex business requirements and translate into technical specifications and deliver to those specifications.Te mahi ki ASB | Working for ASB ASB is grounded in our values (caring, integrity, passion, courage and united).
