Senior Manager, Merchant AccreditationAuckland basedFull time, Permanent roleMo te turanga | About the RoleWorking closely across the Product, Sustainability and Marketing business unit and the Merchant Payments value-chain, this role helps develop and deliver a balanced roadmap spanning customer, commercial and risk activity. In this role you will be seen as a leader within Business Products and Payments - driving positive engagement and a high-performance culture - and across the value chain.You will lead a team managing industry accreditation, including compliance with card scheme rules and local industry rules. You will ensure that robust processes, documentation and training are in place to support the end-to-end delivery of Merchant Payments products, including updating of relevant policies and lead activities that will improve the business including operational, system and product changes.This role requires someone who can inspire and provide direction, execute for customers and can lead Merchant risk management.
