This newly created role will support the Head of Compliance and will see you rolling up your sleeves and be "hands on" operational to ensure continuity and stability in the regulatory and compliance operations.The role:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key regulatory bodies regarding compliance issues, audits and reporting requirements.Update policies and procedures and implement strategies to address key person risk.Maintain a comprehensive compliance risk management framework with regular reviews and updates.Prepare compliance reports to senior management and the Board Risk and Audit Committees.Deliver training programs and informational sessions for senior leaders and managers. Your strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance best practices will see you succeed in this position.
