About the Firm:
My client is a stable medium sized CA firm with a fresh approach that is actively looking to add to their leadership team. They have a focus on advisory and adding value to their varied client base which has resulted in phenomenal growth.

The team are talented advisors who truly partner with their clients, they are knowledgeable and technically sound. You will be leading and mentoring an experienced team who know their stuff which will give you job satisfaction.

Your role will be a mix of team management, workflow, training, coaching and reviewing work for listed clients. The rest of your time will be divided into high level group compliance for A clients and advisory around strategy. You will naturally be growing the client base through your networking and all elements of business development. You will be working closely with sharp Directors who are keen to mentor you in order for you to carve your own spot into partnership.

The Person:
You will
