Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and consistent delivery of financial data. You will complete the month-end process, prepare journals, review work papers, and perform balance sheet reconciliations. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality financial analysis that supports business decision-making. You will also have the opportunity to present your findings to senior management. In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow professionally while maintaining excellence in service delivery. Your role will also involve reviewing and developing finance policies and procedures, ensuring they are comprehensive, up-to-date, and maintained. You hold a CA/CPA or equivalent qualification with over three years of significant accounting/business experience. Your strong business acumen allows you to understand complex financial data easily. You are adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on the quality of your work. Your understanding of Commercial and Industrial electricity accounting is an added advantage.
