As we embark on a significant period of growth, the Financial Administrator will be responsible for providing advisory support and financial expertise to our customers.In this role, you can expect to:Action settlements and manage new and renewing agreements.Liaise with the relevant support teams to provide resolutions to customer enquiries.Complete daily reconciliations.Provide guidance and coaching to customers to increase their system knowledge and expertise.We are looking for candidates who have:Experience in a similar role.An understanding of financials to balance sheet level and reconciling of ledgers.Knowledge of insurance industry preferred.What's in it for me?As part of the Avanti Finance Group, you can look forward to flexible and hybrid working as we offer up to two days working from home following the initial training period.
