About the RoleThis pivotal role ensures the accuracy and timely reporting of financial ledgers, enabling sound decision-making across the business. Working closely with the finance team and operational teams, you'll be responsible for overseeing financial processes, including reporting and variance analysis. The role offers a collaborative environment with the opportunity to influence process improvements and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage periodic reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.Perform costing system reviews and identify improvement opportunities.Partner with operational teams to drive process efficiency and profitability.Assist with preparing financial statements and maintaining compliance with NZ IFRS.Provide sales and margin analysis using weekly KPI reports. So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?To be considered for this role you will need to be CA/CPA qualified with 5 years post qualification experience. You will have worked in complex commercial business environments and you will be proficient in MS Excel. Experience using Microsoft D365 would be a real advantage as well as any exposure to Power BI. You will have great attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and a passion for process improvements. This is a very key business partnering role so you will need to be capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.
