The organisation does this by undertaking assessments and accrediting Conformity Assessment Bodies against specific accreditation criteria across these sectors:Business and innovationHealth and human servicesProduct certificationFood and biological systemsSustainability and environmentWith offices in Canberra and Wellington, the organisation employs over 40 permanent employees and over 100 contractors.About the OpportunityAn exciting opportunity to work on a new major project for JASANZ; the expansion of the JASANZ Academy, delivering training services to our customers and other key industry organisations. This is a full-time position based at either the Canberra, ACT or Wellington, NZ office.In collaboration with the business, the Senior Learning Advisor will develop engaging and challenging e-learning programs and support our online, blended, and face-to-face learning programs. These activities will form a major part of the JASANZ Academy to be used by our internal and external customers. This role focuses on building capability and performance through learning opportunities to contribute towards JASANZ business outcomes.What you'll doAs the Senior Learning Advisor for one of three business units, you will liaise with stakeholders and subject matter experts to manage the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of learning products including eLearning, blended learning, and face-to-face learning (including real-time virtual learning and instructor-in-the-loop). You will support the management of the LMS, including maintaining data and providing reports to the L&D Manager.Your role will include scheduling of course and program delivery for your business unit, for both internal and external clients.
