We've had great people in this role, and now there is an opportunity for someone to step in and make it their own.Qualifications & experiencePayroll processing - Edpay experience would be an advantageExperience with accounts payable through XeroProactive, independent thinker and IT savvyTasks & responsibilitiesBroadly manage the school's finances, including IRD compliance, assisting the school accountants and administering parent payments through KindoProcess the school payroll through Edpay - the MoE payroll systemProcess accounts payable in a timely manner according to a monthly scheduleEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policiesMaintain confidentiality around sensitive payroll and financial informationFlexible working hours (could be school hours) in a great working environment
