The team is well established and comprises experienced investment professionals, with a depth of experience in local and international markets.The position:The position - Senior Analyst, has been created to support the fund's investment responsibilities and capabilities, across the investment lifecycle.
At a high level this includes the:Assessment and execution of new to fund opportunitiesAssist the team with private market portfolio management dutiesDevelopment and management of market, peer fund and advisor relationshipsMore specifically, the appointed Senior Analyst will take responsibility for:Creating, updating and analysing financial and valuation modelsPlaying a key role in the due diligence, structuring, negotiating and transaction processPerforming detailed industry, sector and company research, to identify themes and trendsPortfolio review, management and reporting, including reviewing and supporting portfolio strategy, performance and day to day monitoring of portfolio investmentsDevelopment of individual and fund origination capabilities, via the building of networks and links to prospective investment partnersYou - what we seek:By nature, you are inquisitive and motivated by solving complex and intellectually challenging problems.
