Monitor results as agreed with the Operations Leader – EHB and Practice Leader - NZ. Ensure management reporting for all key performance metrics are maintained and available within agreed timeframes. Identify best practice and implement consistently across the team. Assist the Placement Leader in scoping, developing and implementing any significant operational improvement projects or initiatives. Work with the team to implement individual development and training programs that meet the needs of both the individual and the business. Instil a culture of performance within the team where strong delivery against agreed targets is recognized and rewarded appropriately, including setting appropriate career paths for the team. Work closely with Finance and Business Support to ensure the administration team is completing all finance and budget related tasks according to agreed best practice. Build strong relationships with our Insurer clients from an administration perspective. What you need to have: Experience within employee health and benefits, preferably life and disability. Experience calculating and reconciling premiums. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Excel and Word. Clear and concise oral and written communication skills. Strong numerical skills. Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work within a team. Adept at learning new technologies.
