As our Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our technology landscape.
You'll be responsible for:
Designing, deploying, and maintaining our cloud and on-premise infrastructure
Implementing and managing key technologies including VMware, M365, Azure, and VOIP MS Teams Telephony
Ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of our IT systems
Developing and maintaining our infrastructure strategy
Managing vendor relationships and optimizing our technology investments
Providing technical expertise and support to the wider ICT team and stakeholders
Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in our technology use

The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
8+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry
Strong expertise in infrastructure design, implementation, and troubleshooting
Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and M365
Experience with server hardware/software, storage technologies, and backup solutions
A security-focused mindset with knowledge of best practices in cybersecurity
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex IT concepts for various audiences
Strong communication and documentation skills
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies

The salary range for this role is between $97,830 and $108,700 will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
