On their behalf, we are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join their team at the Whangarei branch. As an integral part of their operation, you will perform senior-level electrical work, including installation, adjustment, repair, and maintenance of various electronic and electrical components.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient coordination and supervision of electrical resources on site.
Commitment to providing after-hours electrical coverage as required.
Working knowledge of 3-Phase systems.
Experience in a manufacturing facility.
Proficiency in Instrumentation, PLC fault finding, Motor starters, VSDs, and related technical documentation.
Running projects from inception to completion, including financial, risk, and program management.
Serving as a technical expert for electrical tasks within projects.
Key Attributes:
Highly motivated individual with a proactive approach.
Knowledge of Logix 500 and 5000 preferred.
Proficient in fault finding and root cause analysis.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Electrical registration with current practicing license.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Previous experience with CMMS systems preferred.
Solid understanding of NZ Electrical Rules & Regulations.
