Senior Human Resources Business Partner W/M

Do you want to start a new adventure with Alstef Group? We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to become part of a highly motivated team supporting the human resources functions across the Alstef APAC region.
Summary of tasks: Responsible for forming close working relationship with the APAC managers to obtain an accurate understanding of the needs of the region.Oversee the recruitment process to ensure that Hiring Managers work through the process efficiently.Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Manager to develop solutions, programs and policies.Assist the HR Manager to manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Assists the HR Manager to provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
