Senior Human Resources Analyst

Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven Senior Human Resources Analyst who is strong on building relationships.

You will be working with HR data, trends, HR systems, and BI tools.

This position is based in Christchurch.

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

At least three years of previous experience working as a Senior Human Resources Analyst

Previous experience using HR systems and BI tools

Strong relationship-building skills

Strong understanding of HR systems

Strong knowledge of REM and benefits

Previous experience in mentorship

At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
