Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)Contract/Temp6 month fixed term or contract arrangementWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Practitioner for an initial six-month term, to cover a period of parental leave.Reporting to the Group Head of People and Culture, you will manage the BAU HR requirements in addition to providing specific expertise as a trusted advisor to the SLT, supporting them to work cohesively and to deliver on the organisational plan.You'll be a senior HR practitioner who has proven their value as a coach, mentor and trusted adviser at the SLT level, and who is also contemporary in your HR knowledge and willing to manage BAU. You'll need to be very business savvy, able to contribute to significant commercial business decisions and to be able to build rapport and respect with the Lead Team specifically, as well as the wider business.This is a 'boots on the ground' role, that requires line of sight of culture and change impact, so we do need you to be willing to work in the office, for the majority of the time.
